I am a mom, just like you.  You are likely visiting this site because you and your family are struggling with your infant or child sleeping well.  You are tired and confused.  You knew when you became a parent it meant there would be sacrifices but you had no idea how the sleepless nights would take a toll on every aspects of your life.  I have been there and I want you to know there are solutions!

It's my passion because I lived it! In the early weeks of raising our son, Sawyer, I was exhausted (like all new moms!). I was trying to heal from my C-section. I was grieving the loss of my own mother as she passed when Sawyer was 2 weeks old. And I was struggling with post-partum anxiety. On top of trying to figure out "how" to be a mom. I needed rest. We all did!

It was quickly becoming consistently more difficult to put him to bed without rocking him or feeding him to sleep. He would wake throughout the night. We would spend so much time rocking him back to sleep. Long naps were almost unheard of... (P.S. cat naps aren't normal!).

I started researching sleep for Sawyer. I found the Sleep Sense Program and went straight to work with my husband's support when Sawyer was 10 weeks old. Within 3 nights, Sawyer was falling asleep independently! Naps took a bit longer to get away from cat naps but within a few weeks- he doing three naps a day!

We all were able to get rest- and what a life changing gift that was! I want to help others receive that same gift. Becoming a parent is hard enough- I am here to help!

What to expect from Sleep consulting...

​

Step 1: Preliminary questionnaire and evaluation. By getting a detailed snapshot of your child’s sleep habits, bedtime routine, temperament, and schedule, I’ll be able to create a sleep plan that is 100% customized to fit YOUR family’s needs. (The questionnaire should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete.)

Step 2: A 60-minute personal consultation. We’ll meet privately (in-person or via Zoom) to go over your personalized sleep plan in detail. I’ll explain exactly what you should be doing at bedtime, what to do when your child wakes in the night, how to handle naptimes, and everything else you’ll need to know in order to have a clear understanding of the process.

Step 3: Two weeks of follow-up support. In order to make sure you never feel alone or “stuck” during this process, you’ll be getting 2 full weeks of access to me via scheduled phone calls, e-mail, and text message. I’ll be checking your sleep logs on a daily basis to ensure everything is on track, and -- once your little one is sleeping through the night -- you’ll be receiving a handy “Client Success Kit” to help guide you through any future challenges! The all-inclusive price for this package is $350. I look forward to working with you and your family!
